That is natural selection at work my friend. They don’t know that they’re a new breed of women, they just had an impulse to take flight.

OPERATION: SAVE PAN AM! Ladies and gentlemen, our mission is simple. On Sunday, December 4th, ABC’s show Pan Am will be returning from hiatus at 10PM EST. On that day, we need the ratings to come in strong to show ABC that we don’t want this show canceled. We love it, we need these stewardesses in our life. The only way that we can do that is if we can get a significant ratings boost. The way to get that boost is to get more North American viewers to watch. So this is where Tumblr comes in. Tumblr is a huge online community. We get shit done. What I’m asking, and what every Pan Am fan is asking, especially if you are in North America and can watch the show and have a real impact on the ratings, is for you to watch the show, or hell, just turn on your TV at 10PM EST, put it on ABC, and turn the sound off, or record it on DVR and press play before you leave the house the following day so that it plays at least once. Maybe you don’t like the show, but someone you are following does. If your favorite shows were in risk of being canceled, we’d do the same for you. Because Tumblr supports each other. I don’t watch Community, but I reblogged all the Save Greendale posts, because I know that it’s important to the people on my dash who do watch. For regular viewers of the stewardesses, this is the week to watch it live, not download it. If we can make an impact and show that people love this show, they want it to be on the air, ABC will listen. Even if you don’t watch Pan Am, please at least reblog to get the word out that we are trying to keep it on the air. Maybe the show doesn’t matter to you, but it matters to the people who watch it, we need to give it a fighting chance.
